Seeing as this is to be merged into a WIP branch, I'll be a bit lenient
with the requested changes; consider most of them a mental note for
myself, so that I can address them in the future over at #15.
If you do want to address them, feel free to do so, but it's not
exactly a blocker.
Biggest question I have, though, is whether we really need a sub-page
for every tab on the Moderation page.
I think you were just setting them up to populate them later, however I
think there shouldn't be that much to document about them — the
interface is IMO quite intuitive already, so just leaving a few
sentences about each tab should be enough.

I've chosen to document the plugin permissions notice here, and also to call the "log x moderation events not made by YAGPDB" "Foreign logging" which sounds even more dumb now that I'm typing it out, but I don't like "3rd party logging" either, so would appreciate input on this.
